Shippings & Returns

SHIPPING
All ready-made pieces will be posted out with Australia Post the same or next business day from when you placed your order. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped (please check your spam/junk folders). Please note, we are based in regional South Australia & regular post can take up to 12 business days to reach you, express post up to 5 days.

As we are a very small label, we have to hand over responsibility of the garment once you have received your tracking notice. There will be no refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses, or for products that are damaged or go missing in transit.

 

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES
We want you to fall in love with your purchase from RAFF.A.ELLA.

We also understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item/s. We offer a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the item or 21 days for international orders. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

REFUNDS - The refund will be the value of the item/s only, and does not include any original or return postage costs.

STORE CREDIT - If you choose a store credit, it will include any original postage costs. 

EXCHANGE - If you choose to exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. 

We do not offer returns on Sale items, all sale items are considered final sale unless the item is faulty (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by RAFF.A.ELLA will not be processed. Please allow 5 business days for a refund or store credit note to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.

CUSTOM & PRE-ORDER
If you have purchased an item that was marked *custom* or *pre-order*, you will receive an email to confirm the order details and to advise the estimated time to completion. Current turn around time is two weeks.

You will be notified as soon as it is complete and as with our regular shipping, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number as soon as it has been shipped.
